Rexnord Chains

Hollow pin chain

The truly versatile
conveyor chain. Constructed with
special pin links which have hollow pins
assembled in the pin plates. This unique
design allows easy insertion of cross
rods or attachments to pre assembled
chain at desired spacings. Attachments
can be repositioned without removing
chain from conveyor. It is available in
single and double-pitch with or without
Carrier Rollers. Full line of standard

Conveyors

Standard and double-pitch conveyor chains are available
with a selection of attachments to accommodate slats,
angles, rollers, crossroads, and other conveying devices.

• Shock resistance
• Link-Belt® SU and Rexnord® Heavy “H” series roller chain provides additional capacity to withstand intermittent shock loading. Features include improved fatigue resistance, thicker sidebars, and heat-treated pins.

• ULTR-O-LIFETM O-ring roller chain
• Uses square cross sectional O-rings to seal in special lube while sealing out dirt, moisture and other contaminants.
• Available in 5/8” thru 11/4” pitch single pitch series. Runs on standard ANSI sprockets.

Block chain

• Block chain
• Used in light load, low speed conveyors. Consisting of block links (solid or laminated) and link plates joined by pins, all block chains are 1” pitch and vary in width of block from 3/16” to 1/2”.

REDI-LUBETM chain

Self-lubricating,
heavy walled, oil-impregnated, sintered
steel bushings replace bushing and
roller of standard ANSI chain. Available
in single and double-pitch. Full range
of standard attachments also available.

Restricted lubrication

Double-pitch roller chain with large-diameter rollers combines
smooth, quiet operation and long life. This modification
proves particularly useful in applications requiring minimum
lubrication or where conditions make lubrication difficult.

• REXNORD 1757 LOW BACKLINE PRESSURE WITH TAB CURVE RETENTION TABLETOP CHAINS
• 1757 series chains are 1.5 inch pitch and 1757 LBP chains have a top of roller to plate bottom dimension of 0.96 inches. Low Backline Pressure (LBP) chains are designed for handling cases, tray packs, and almost anything else in a box. These unique chains offer rollers to reduce backline pressure of accumulating cases.

• REXNORD 2565 ZEROGAP TABLETOP CHAINS
• 2565 series chains are 3 inch pitch and have an overall thickness of 1.40 inches. Multiflex chains have a smooth top and are versatile enough to convey everything from individual units as well as packaged and cased goods

• Rexnord 1701 with bevel curve retention table top chain
• Can operate on corner disks for longer conveyor lengths. Chain is available in different chain materials for different friction, wear, and speed characteristics. Chain is designed to operate on standard 1700 series sprockets for true chain/sprocket interaction.

• Rexnord 1705 table top chain
• 1755 series chains are 40mm pitch and have an overall thickness of 0.62 inches. Multiflex chains have a smooth top and are versatile enough to convey everything from individual units as well as packaged and cased goods.

• SideGrip grippers are available in black & white Neoprene and EPDM, in various durometers for various applications

• REXNORD 1000 FLAT TOP FREEFLOW MATTOP CHAINS
• 1000 series chains are 1.0 inch pitch and are 0.34 inches high. Chains with FreeFlow eliminate the “dead plate” in 90° product transfers. This creates a “live” transfer eliminating stranded products and improves product stability.
